Welcome to Speed Connect, an exciting speed networking event designed to foster collaboration and partnership between the HR sector and academia. This event takes inspiration from the idea of speed dating, where participants engage in brief yet meaningful interactions to exchange information.
Speed Connect is divided into three segments: corporates, agencies, and academia. Each segment has a dedicated area where participants can meet and greet one another. Participants can easily identify each other through badges displaying their name, organization, and areas of interest. Additionally, each participant is equipped with a folder containing their profile, portfolio, and MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) template.
The event follows a simple and structured format. Each participant is given a generous 5 minutes to connect and interact with someone from a different segment. Once the time is up, a bell rings, signifying it’s time to move on to the next individual. This rotation continues until each participant has had the opportunity to engage with everyone from the other segments.
