Esha Soni has been appointed director of human resources at Masters’ Union.
After serving as vice president of human resources at Binjis since November 2022, she is relocating. She commenced her human resources career in 2009 as a specialist-human resources at Aegis, a Gurugram-based organization, after having begun her career as an HR generalist with Syscom Softech and URS Certification. She was transferred to Quatro for a brief tenure as assistant manager-human resources, less than three years into her current position. Between 2013 and 2015, she held the position of manager-human resources at Yepme.com.
She began working for OYO rooms in 2015 in the capacity of senior manager, human resources. In less than a year, she was appointed AVP-human resources at KartRocket. Shiprocket 360 is an end-to-end e-commerce enablement solution developed by the company, which assists Effline and other online retailers in establishing an omnichannel business. However, her tenure at the firm was exceedingly brief, lasting for a mere six months.
In September 2016, she moved to Tata 1mg. She joined the consumer health platform in the role of AVP of HR. Her experience in HR enabled her to support the company’s goal of providing a billion Indians with affordable, easily understood healthcare. She joined Bijnis, a firm that strives to “take factories to the world” by assisting manufacturers in operating and scaling their factories through the digitization of their demand, supply, capital, and operations, after more than six years with Tata Img.
