LTIMindtree’s Welcomes Chetana Patnaik as CHRO
Since 2020, Patnaik has been in charge of human resources for L&T’s transport infrastructure independent subsidiary.

Chetana Patnaik has been appointed as the new chief human resource officer (CHRO) of LTIMindtree, an IT services corporation, effective April 1, 2024.
Presently, she serves as the director of human resources and CSR for the Transportation Infrastructure division of Larsen & Toubro (L&T). July 2012 marked her arrival at L&T as director of talent acquisition, chairman’s office. Since October 2020, she has held her current position.
She obtained her MBA from Berhampur University and possesses a certificate in impactful leadership from the SP Jain School of Global Management. Additionally, she has participated in a programme at the University of Michigan-Stephen M. Ross School of Business that focuses on global leadership development.
Patnaik commenced his professional trajectory in 1995 when he was appointed assistant manager at Ramee Group of Companies. She had been employed by Gati since 1998 in the capacity of head-HR, West zone. She joined Reliance Infrastructure six years later in the position of director of talent management, corporate HR. During her nearly seven years of experience, she effectively developed comprehensive recruitment strategies for all company businesses, oversaw compensation benchmarking, redesigned the performance-management system, oversaw mentorship programmes, and led the employer branding initiative, among other human resources endeavors.
She served as the chief of talent management for CVK Group, headquartered in Mumbai, from 2010 to 2012.
Her tenure at L&T commenced in July 2012, when she assumed the position of head-talent acquisition in the chairman’s office. Following less than two years in this position, she was elevated to head-HR.
